Bring a touch of cozy woodland charm to your home with this Handmade Ceramic Hedgehog Plate. Crafted with care from rich brown stoneware clay, this little plate features a softly sculpted hedgehog curled up in peaceful repose. I shaped and glazed each piece by hand, layering soft white glaze over the clay to highlight his quills and gentle expression — every plate is subtly unique, a small testament to slow, thoughtful creation.
In my studio, I imagined a quiet forest corner: the hedgehog curled beneath leaves, safe and calm. Translating that feeling into clay, I carved and formed his silhouette, then hand-painted his little paws and face before firing the plate twice. The double firing brings strength and makes it durable enough for daily use, while keeping a light, organic feel in your hands.

Un joli article mais commandé en février et recu qu’en avril après plusieurs messages ou les réponses étaient vraiment limitées. Dommage! Le hérisson reçu est dans le sens envers de la photo, ça aurait été bien de recevoir vraiment le même que présente sur la photo. Donc un joli travail mais trop cher et bien trop long!!
