The item is amazing! I was aware (bc of the reviews) of the long expected arrival date. So when I received it I was so happy. It is perfect and my sister loves it!

item is homemade, so it stands to reason why it wouldn't be EXACTLY like the picture, but the description does say "chubby" bat and the one I received must've been on a diet or something. it also differs from the picture and description because it is not a brown product that was used, but a bright red, which clashes terribly with my decor. I will have to attempt to paint the bottom of the dish black. as for shipping, I was aware that it would take ~10 weeks to "process" but I started to get worried after the 15 wk mark without any update on the order. there also aren't any cancellations allowed, which is most likely due to the slow turnaround time. lastly, some communication would be highly appreciated given the slow turnaround time. I almost disputed the charge because I thought it may be a scam. overall, it's a great product.
