Worst experience I have ever had on Etsy. This seller is highly unprofessional, rude and will harass and threaten you. I ordered this sink on 15/02 and it was due to arrive by the 22/04 at the latest. The seller lied and said the sink had been shipped on 08/04 and so I was expecting it to come within the timeframe. However no shipping or tracking was provided. When the item hadn't arrived by 23/04 I asked whether there was any shipping information to provide a guideline of when it would be here and if it wasn't on its way , be refunded. The seller didn't respond and so I contacted Etsy and opened a case. Etsy refunded me directly. The seller then continued to send me a barrage of weird messages; about their dead uncle and I was then threatened with police and court action, despite the fact that I had never caused this problem.
