This one-of-a-kind ceramic pedestal bowl is more than a serving dish – it is a tiny fairy tale captured in clay. The large hand-sculpted leaf forms the serving tray, while beneath it stands a whimsical woodland cottage. Through the tiny windows and open doorway you can discover an entire miniature world.
Inside the little house lives a family of mice dressed like people. A mother mouse is taking care of the home while her child sits at the table enjoying a bowl of soup. There is a cozy wood-burning stove with a bright red kettle, a bookshelf filled with books, a wall clock, a rug, furniture and countless tiny handmade details that reveal themselves from every angle.
Every element was sculpted, painted and glazed entirely by hand. This is a functional ceramic sculpture created for collectors who appreciate storytelling, craftsmanship and whimsical home décor.
The leaf-shaped platter is perfect for serving fruit, cakes, pastries, chocolates or seasonal decorations. Even when empty, it becomes a magical centerpiece.
